Hi

If i decided to go bankrupt and my house is in negative equity but my mortgage payment was about 33% of my income is the or likely to make me sell my house and rent as I could probably rent for cheaper. Although I will have money left too pay about £350.00 to my creditors my debt id about £76000.

Thanks

Hi jane
no its not likely.
Likewise if you were in a rental already, but could find a cheaper one if asked, the OR can't insist that you do so.
