Desparate and scared.
Am due to go Br but scared
Basically on disability benefits with 2 kids have an ex partner who no longer lives with me but does help me out he has paid the mortgage as not to get me in arrears I am on mortgage can I get my name off it or will I lose our home I dont know if I would survive if this happened The morg is for 114,000 and its worth is about 116-118,000 what will happen to it. Is it worth getting a solicitor to help me with my BR
