Hi vacs
the information I have received is they are quite expensive and not always as knowledgeable as a Bankruptcy Specialist.
But no personal experience I have to say.

Hi vacs
yes I am but the rules of the site would not permit me to act on your behalf.
I would be pleased to go through the details of your case over the phone and should you decide a specialist is what you want then I can refer you to one.
If you call the freephone helpline number and request a call back from John and leave a contact number, I will call you back as soon as I can.
Please quote your forum ID so that I know that it's you.

Hi vacs
having taken reference on the matter I now understand that I am, in fact, able to act on your behalf if required as you have made the approach not me, sorry for the confusion.
If you contact me we'll go through all the details of your case first and look at your options.
Then if there are any benefits in engaging a professional I will indentify them to you.
Then the choice is yours.
I look forward to speaking to you.

Hi John,

Sorry to jump in, but could you have a quick look on the July board and clear up some confusion for Nicola J on there please? I've asked her to post on here too, but in the meantime, she's getting conflicting advice. I may be wrong in what I've said to her and wouldn't want her to be misled. It would clear it up for me too!

Thanks,

CG. x
