Hi, was wondering, If you are made bankrupt and are not given an IPO/IPA in the early stages of bankruptcy due to not having enough income, can the OR at a later date make you enter into an IPA if your income increases or your partners income increases?
Many thanks...

Hi lee
as a bankrupt under those circumstances, if the household income increases sufficiently for an IPA to be invoked you should inform the OR who will look at starting the IPA asap.
The OR must have started the process of bringing in the IPA before the date of your discharge from bankruptcy. After discharge it's too late and cannot be invoked.
