Hi, I am just looking at starting Bankruptcy proceedings after recieving excellent advice from Melanie Giles, can anyone advise as I am currently going through a divorce and at this time my wifes name is still on the mortgage. Would it be advisable to have this removed before i start proceedings as the advice I have received is that I would be able to keep the house due to the secured load I have against it. I have the feeling this may be the first of many questions
