Hi,

I understnd I may need to compelete a questionnaire for the OR. Does everyone do this and what sort of informationo does it ask for?

I had to complete a form called an IPOQ when I moved house. I had to put down the details of my income and expenditure, much the same as on the original BR forms.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
