Hi, I went BR just under 2 weeks ago, opened my CoOp Cashminder account the same day and had my OR phone interview a few days ago.
Just wondering if anybody could help with the following queries:
1) Is it normal for the OR to not ask for/want to see any bank/credit card statements pre-BR? 2) Will the OR want to see regular statements (or any statements for that) from my new post-BR CoOp account in the future? 3) What do I do now? Will I hear from the OR again soon/again? He's already said I will not have an IPA/O and all my assets are safe.
Cheers,

Hi if your case is straight forward then it's quite common for the OR not to ask for statements. With no IPA/IPO he won't be asking for your future statements either.
From your post the likelihood is you won't hear from him again unless to offer you early discharge. If you've heard nothing by month 8 you'll probably go the full 12 months (and you don't hear from the OR then either, it's automatic)

Thanks John,
He did tell me in interview that it's their policy not to offer early discharge if 'credit' has been used within the past 12 months (regardless of amount).
Safe to shred the few statements I have, or should I just send them in anyway?
Also, the OR contacted me for interview on my landline. If I change my mobile number, do I need to inform him?

Hi if the OR did request statements later, but I don't think he will, they can always be obtained from the bank so shred them if you wish or hold onto them, I wouldn't send them in.
Yes I would notify him of your change of mobile number.
