Hi, i have split from my husband who pays nothing towards mortgage. i am due to start college, so i will have to reduce my job to part-time. i have a joint mortgage and a joint large loan secured on the house, plus credit card debts. help what are my options

I assume you cannot meet the monthly mortgage and secured loan payments on your own.

How much, if any, equity is in the property?
