If you went bankrupt then this would be a problem. So if you are going to go BR resign. It will still be looked at by the Official Receiver.

You can do it that way - in general going BR and being a tenant is not too much of a problem.

Not in BR - but yes if you have a warrant of execution issued by the courts. Debt collectors may also visit - but it all depends on how old your debts are?
Can they take all of my girlfriends things?
No.

I have taken credit to 2 computers and these creditors will fall into my BR. Will they take my computers? What if I need those computers to do work? I do not think they will be a problem, as their SH value is minimum. Also they are used to conduct business.
