Hi everyone,
Could someone please advise or explain to me what happens to my money IE wages ! during the time from the OR interview to the time where the OR decides what I pay back per month etc.
OR interview was over two months ago now, and after my bills are paid each month there is money left over in my new bank account. What happens to this??
Can I use it till the OR calls me back and starts whatever she has decided, or do I have to keep it and back date any payment plans?? Any advise would be most welcome.

Kind Regards
S10

Hi,

The general consensus seems to be that as long as you haven't signed an IPA yet, the money's yours until the IPA begins. Remember though if your tax code has been changed to NT (nil tax), you WILL need to keep that money to one side ready for when Clarke Willmott (I think!) ask for it.

That's the way I understand it from my obsessive reading of the forum and asking lots of questions myself , but if I'm wrong, I'm sure an expert will come along and let you know.

Take care,

CG. x
