Hi again, sorry for the questions again!
Just a question about assets disposed of. I have had lots of cheap runaround cars over the last few years and I don't have records anymore ( I've looked all afternoon!), do i have to declare these because I can't really remember exactly what I had and when.
I also had a nice car which I sold and my beloved camper van but again don't have dates etc and used the money for various things- living expenses, home renovation etc.
can anyone advise me on what to do here?
One more thing (maybe more later, sorry), I've ran out of room on the online form for essential expenses, where do I put the rest?
Thanks again, i'm glad this site is here |

Hi Grantspants,
No problem with all the questions thats what we are here for.
The expenses thing i wrote what i could and put the rest on the additional section 13 which i had to do by hand as it does not allow you write anything into that section online, well if it does i could not find a way. As for the vehicles, just put what you know and what you can remember in the timescale asked for, again adding onto section 13 if you want to clarify or add anymore info on that bit. Hope i helped Jo

I just tried to enter some vehicle info into section 9 but the page it brings up looks like its more about residential property as it mentions solicitors etc. Have I got this right or am I reading the form wrong?

Hi G
you don't need to enter any information about cars. Section 9 relates to property, as in bricks & mortar.

Thanks John & Jo & C.G and everyone else!
I'm nearly finished the SOA and getting ready to print it off. Just gonna check over the allowances with my wife and thats it, sorted. Gonna take it to court tomorrow with my fee. I'll let you know what happens, but when I called the court the other day they said I go in, hand over the SOA, pay the fee and then make an appointment to see the judge for later in the week perhaps.

Good luck to you too HM, mine hasn't been too complicated because I don't have many assets, just debt!
Anyway keep at it and it will be over before you know it... |

Thanks Jo
Just finishing off printing now, ran out of paper last night! I'll be going to the court first but I don't think they'll do it today, just make an appointment for later. Will let you know how it works up here in the remote north! haha
Thanks for all your help
