hi
i have been bankcrupt last year and now i been discharge this month, so can you teel please tell me when i could apply for a loan or credir card card?

Hi and welcome,

Well providing you are not subject to a BRU or BRO then when ever but its down to the credit company as they will look at past records. While its not impossible post discharge you may end up with higher charges and also interest rates if applying for a loan. If im not correct another expert will advise but i beleive this is how it works now.

Should be OK for a mortgage if you have a big enough deposit aj.
As for unsecured my understanding of the loan market is that you may well struggle in the current climate. I think a credit card will be a no no for another few years but one of the experts will tell you in more detail.
