morning all,
like the vast majority on here i have been using my cards to stave off BR, its like moving the deckchairs on the titanic!
anyway once the OR starts going through your statements at what point does he anticipate the activity to be criminal?
i ask this as there seems to be at least a couple of questions a week from people who are worried they are sailing close to the wind.
have a nice weekend

Hi Andrew

In all honesty the OR are not dragons and they know we have to live. As long as you have made payments to these even if it was a month or so ago then the worst case scenario would be a BRU or a BRO which as bad as they sound are not they are more like a slapped wrist and a way of telling us not to get into that mess again. Also if you did get a BRO/BRU then you are restricted in some jobs and still not allowed credit over £500 without informing them.
I would not worry we have all done it, as long as you did not purchase anything expensive like a plasma TV or a picasso then like i said if they do the worst case would be the BRU/BRO.
Thanks

Keep Smiling
Jo :)

Hi

from my experience as soon as you have made the decision that Br is the right solution for you then my advice would be to stop using credit at that point.

Most people are actually better off financially and fin it easier to save for the court fees if you haven't got to make the monthly payments to creditors.
