Hi all, just wanted to share with you that I got my certificate in the post today to say that my IVA has failed. I'd strongly say to anyone to ask their IP for their's instead of waiting to miss 3 months before getting it if they are opting to go down the BR route after realising their IVA isn't working.
Nearly finished my SOA and have come to realise that i have a massive £21.50 DI, whoopee how should i spend that i wonder, LOL.
Well, the plan is to speak to my HR on Monday and see if i can get this months pay into another account (my fab OH) and if so, phone the court and get a date sorted for going BR otherwise will have to wait until October.
I feel so nervous but like a huge weight is already being lifted, fingers crossed it all goes relatively smoothly and thank you to all the kind words and help that this forum has given. This site really is a god send at times.
Just wanted to share this with you all and that it's not a nice thing to go through but you have to be positive and keep smiling.
Good luck with it all, Glad to see that you have your certificate now and you can finally go down the BR route. I also would like to say thank you for adding your words of advice about the IVA route, i did not have an IVA but those who do will be really glad that they have other options ahead of them rather than to wait.
