Hello

I am nearly finished filling in my forms and I have put my mortgage and secured loans in the secured and unsecured part of the form. Please could you tell me on the unsecured part under total owing should I put in the whole amount or just the possible shortfall for the secured borrowings.

Many thanks

Hi Nicola

I put the whole outstanding mortgage amount plus any redemption figures in mine, just to be on the safe side.

Is it tom you have your hearing. LOL

Your welcome.

How much did you say your car was worth?

I reckon about 2000.It is a 2001 corsa.Keep everything crossed.I have a sick friend who relies on me for running hom around everywhere which at the moment I do weekly/fortnightly but when I am in scotland it will have to be monthly +I will need for work and to come down and see my sister and kids which are my only family.Plus being in a strange city I will fill ill at ease being out because I wont know all the areas.

Hi Nicola

I would say not to worry, the OR may say and im only saying this that if they did consider it over there threshold which is £2500 then you may be able to make an offer and get a 3rd party to pay the difference. But i think you will be ok.
My OR said that my OH's car may not be exempt whenwe had the interview, but then we found out that its exempt now as its only worth about 1100.
She mentioned to me that they can ask for the difference back to be able to keep it, but i think you will be fine.
You need it and you can inform the OR of this, its not 1000's and so i would say dont WORRY.
