there's no requirement to explain your reasons for wanting to keep a vehicle but if you would like to to do so prior to interview then do so in section 13 (additional information).
I know i did on OH's but again i am a worrier, i wrote it in section 13 as additional info but like John says you dont have too. I just wanted to make sure they knew it all.
