Hi a message for Julian,
Still awaiting more communication from Barclays about my offer on the secured loan, i now have a worry as i have missed 2 payments since i wrote to them offering £850 per month.

Just so i know if they do play hardball and i know they have to inform the mortgage company will it be a case of bailiffs or do they have to go to court and allow me the opportunity to get in front of the judge and explain the amount of times i have tried to contact them or is it a case of the judge just allowing them to force a sale.

My solicitor has not had any contact about the charge on the house.

Regards

Johns
