Dear Forum

Do you add irregular income on the SOA form, such as:

Mileage allowance (which I usually get every 2 - 3 months, and is a different amount each time).

Expenses / petty cash (same as above).

Part time work (which is seasonal and different hours each week / month).

Hi D&C,

The OR will take an average of your last three months income which will include irregular payments. Best to disclose everything.

We declared everything on the form to do with income etc, i am a worrier and it would be just my luck that the one thing i missed out would come back and haunt me.
