Can anyone help? We have submitted our forms and our court date is not until 30th September. I have realised that I might have missed off some vital information. I am a sole trade but over the last few years I have tried a number of different things under different names but still using the one bank account (my name trading as...). Should I have written on the form the 2 other things I tried as other trading names even though all payments went through the one original business account. If I should have put this down is it OK just to tell the OR or do I need to change the submitted forms somehow?? I cannot believe I forgot this, I just did not think about it.
