i was made bankrupt in may 2007 and became fully discharged without condition in may 2008.I am roughly half way through the IPA having already had two pre-arranged payment holidays. I continue to struggle with the monthly IPA payments even though i have recently successfully negotiated a reduction in these. If i were to miss a further monthly payment i understand Clarke Wilmott would issue a reminder letter but provided i paid the next months payment no further action would be taken - is this correct ? . Would the same be true if a missed the following months payment also ?. I hope to be able to make payments but would like to be clear where i stand exactly if i cannot.
regards

Oh just a thought you can ask the OR for another I&E to be done even through the IPA which would take into account any changes, which would be causing your additional financial worries that are happening now. Give them a call and explain.
