| We have a debt on English credit cards but we are currently residing in Australia.Can my wife file for bankruptcy in the UK,while living outside the country ? |

Hi dcp,
I believe she can. There is another thread on page 2 of this board, entiltled 'filing for bankruptcy from overseas' (or something similar!) Have a read of that as it should aswer some of your questions.
