hi, how long after being bankrupt does ur name appear in the paper???
i've been bankrupt since 23rd july and haven't seen anything yet??

I would have thought it would have been listed by now but if you have not seen it locally maybe its been missed on that one but it may have been out in the London Gazette just after you went BR.
Other than that in a way its a blessing.

it gets published in the following;
London Gazette
Stubbs Gazette
Local paper
Insolvency web page
However it may not be the local paper to you, rather the local paper to the OR's office so it is quite possible that you have missed it.

Thats even better news for you priti that means you have one month less when it comes to your discharge.
Have you look on the inolvency register to see if your name is there.
