I had a ccj against me 6 years ago but everthing was cleared and paid off do I have to declare this?

I'm not sure on that one. I can't remember exactly what it asks on the form regarding CCJ's.

Hi

if you are filling in a statement of affairs you will only need to fill in current outstanding debts.
