Hey there my name is Sophie and i am considering declaring myself Bankrupt and have just applied for my forms..I jus wanted to ask a few questions, Is there any amounth you have to be in Debt before you get considered bankrupt?
I am a 20year old single parent on State Benefits..does this help me at all as far as bankruptcy goes?
