I have been running a business as sole trader and have no choice but to go bankrupt. Do parking fines and congestion fines that have been passed to debt recovery get dealt with to?

I think I'm right in saying fines aren't included in bankruptcy.

Fines that can be pursued in magistrates court - television licence evasion, parking & congestion charges - are not included in br.
