Sorry about that i pressed the wrong key er herm....So anyhow the property is mortgage 100% and i have missed 5 payments. The lender has informed me that if they repossess and there is a shortfall i will be liable for the money even though the property and mortgage was put in the bankruptcy..however...the OR told me that any shortfall will become an unsecured debt and will be included in the bankruptcy..who is correct???? also i have recieved a repossesion application notice which will be heard 22nd october.would i be easier to just hand back the keys?? will i have to go to court and pay the fees??

I think the best person to listen to is the OR. I would also suggest that you tell the OR what is happening with regards to the property, he may be able to advise the best course of action.
