After filing for BR, does anyone enter your home to check what you have that may be saleable?

No, I have never known that happen.

However on the 6-28 Statement of Affairs, if you have a read through, you will see that section three covers assets.

Remember the average second hand value of household goods is minimum. But if you have got a house full of antique furniture, well that would be a problem for you.
