Hi,

I am about to file for BR, but have just had to pay my Council tax and Oil supplier as their invoices were due. This has taken me into my overdraft.

Whats done is done, but is this viewed very badly by the OR/IP?

The OR will certainly question this when you go BR.

I knew someone who purchased a whole load of food on a credit card just before BR, as she needed it to live. This was questioned in detail by the OR.

How much money are we talking about?

How soon after this event took place, are you planning on going BR?
