Hi,
I ahve just completed the online form and printed a copy off. But now recieved an e-mail from insolvency stating that its only available for the OR and for me to book a date at court (already have for 9th Oct). Have i done something wrong? i thought i could print another 2 copies off for the court, but will the OR just look on the web site. HELP!

Thanks muchly

Hi Tracy

Im not here to offer advice - sorry :(

However im interested in finding out the replies you receive as i have done my forms online too....did you have to submit it all and then wait for a response from the insolvency service?

Do the forms come back in a different format from when you are actually filling them in?

Jenny

Hi Jenny,
You just click yes to complete and submit and then it rejigs the whole thing and you print it out. Before i clicked yes, i previewed the information just to make sure it was ok. it does give you a warning that once submitted you cannot change any information but i didn't realise it was just for the OR. Now i'm worried that i've done it wrong so hopefully someone will put me right!

Hi Tracy,

Did you save it? I had the same email, but could just print my own copy that I'd saved.

Hi again,
Panic over. I have been back on web site and logged inagain. the soa comes up ready to view or print so all is not lost. I just got worried that it somehow could only be viewed again by the OR and not me!
What a nutter i am.

Hi yes it is,

I've just opened the email now and it starts like this:

'Thank you for submitting your form to The Insolvency Service's Online Form Service.

Your form is now stored in a Secure Database, and will only be made available to the Official Receiver, when a Bankruptcy Order has been made.

For security and confidentiality, the Insolvency Enquiry Line does not have access to the forms that you have submitted.'

Is that the one?! If so, don't panic, it's fine. they're basically just saying nobody else will read it and if you now choose not to go BR, it's ok and nobody will see it.

Just print it out again now to make your extra copies and you're sorted! :-)

Morning Jo,
Right bag of nerves at the moment. Keep thinking the Judge wont let us go BR and we will be left in this state forever with no money for food etc! I am happy with the form now even the I&E but i just keep worrying about everything else.

Hi Tracy

I know how you feel. I was exactly the same. I thought i would get there and the judge was going to throw it out of the court and say go home we dont want to know, so until we got the cert from them that day i was just a total mess.

But luckily for us he did say yes and now we are well on our way to a debt free future.

It will be ok though, when is your date again.

Take care

Hi JO,
9th Oct at 9.15. Prepared to sit around for hours but will both have to dose up on pain killers. We are both disabled and now artheritus has set in the pain is awful. i have already notifird the court and they said they will put us though as priorities.

I'm ok until for a while and then the phrase comes into my head ' BR next week' and then i go to pieces. not too sure that i'll make till next week although one good thing its helping my diet!

Hey Tracy

Try not too worry too much, it wont help matters but honestly it will be fine. :-)

Sorry to hear about your arthritis and the pain, i can only imagine what it must be like.

I do know though by tea time next Thursday you will finally be free from all your debts and con look forward to a better life.

I know that its very hard, it was something i would never have considered to do, but now i look back 2 months on and think why did i not do it sooner it was the best thing i could have done.

My head just spun every month, i was scared of the phone, the post you name it. At last i have some peace in my life, i am not saying its an easy way out, as its not, i have learnt a valuable and hard lesson too and i will never say that i wont get credit again, as the car may break so may need HP but no CC or OD and maybe when the house is gone we will not be going for another mortgage.
I think we can manage now without credit and like i said to hubby we can after discharge start to save for a better car and if he wants a CC then the new PAYG ones are better you then only use whats on the card that you put on and no more. If its not there you cant have it.

Please Tracy you take care and you know i will be thinking about you.

Oh i have one of my kids home this week with D&V lovelly oh well thats what being a mum is for to look after them. LOL
