hi goodmorning, I think bankrupt is the only chance I have left to solve my debts, I dont earn enaugh to have a reconciliation loan or to have an IVA plan, I've read through the web site all the information are very useful but I still dont actually know what I have to do. do I need to have a legal support, a lawyer to rapresent me in the court? or I can do everything on my own? there are forms to fill, does that have to be done by a lawyer? I've never been into a Court I dont exactly know how it works plus I'm not brithish, I've been in UK for about ten years but I dont know much about laws. what happen during the year where I'm declered bunkrupt? I work for a big company, will my work be affected?
many thanks for your help and support, I think is great !

Hi

You may find more information if you have a look at some of the blogs as these tell of the experience of court etc.

You don't need legal representation, and you can easily fill in the forms yourself if you wish.

Whether your work will be effected depends on your job. If you can tell us a bit more about your job then we would be pleased to advice you further.
