 any help available for bankruptcy fee?

Hi have debts of approx £85 000:-

£30 000 personal
£55 000 business. Not being chased for business debts but is still on my credit file acruing interest. Just started a new job tae home salary with tax credit £15005. I do not have the money to pay the bankruptcy fee. Is there any help available??

Hi
you can ask at CAB to see if there are any charities in your area that will help.

If you are in receipt of working tax credit only (no child tax credit) you may be able to have the court fee (£150) waived.
