Can anybody tell me what the sliding scales are for bankruptcy? As in how much money the OR may ask you to pay back to your creditors after declaring bankruptcy? I know it's a % of disponsible income but I'm just trying to work out what I could be looking at paying back if anything. Many thanks

Hi tnashpole ,

If you go to the blog section at the top of the page ( right hand side of the blue bit ) and click on ' skippys road to freedom ' . Scroll down to 14th june and you will find the list i think you are looking for .

Hope this helps ,

Andy
