Hi all
I'm waitig to go onto a contract where i currently work (at mo under agency). I started in May and didn't get paid until the end of June.
When I go on to work on a contract I will in effect get 2 wages in month. For example, if I get taken on next month I will recieve November wage for October work done for agency and November wage for working directly for the orgnisation.
Hope that makes sense? Any advice??

Hi Nat
Im not sure how that will work for you. If the monies clearly take you over what you have done as I&E then i would say the OR is likely to take the extra.
Will you get another months pay the following month so technically this is extra.

Hi Jo
Been having a bit of a rough ride myself this last week and it is so grey and cold but have been outside and raked all the leaves up feel much better for getting a bit of fresh air. Don't know what it's like down your way but get outside for a bit, even just for a walk round the block, good to blow the cobwebs out if you know what i mean.
Just had a thought go get yourself a cheap kite (we don't do extravagance on here!!!) and take the kids out with it, you really will have a great time, my kids love it when we do stuff like that.
Try and be positive and take care

Thanks Nat
We have very wet an dvery windy weather today its cold and miserable out too.
I am going to get that kite when i feel a bit better maybe next weekend. We were meant to be going out tonight to a carnival but as i dont feel well enough im staying inside in the warm. I may even have a bath in peace and quiet and go to bed early. My head is so bad its my sinuses and it just drains me down. Oh well no good moaning about it. I hope that your week gets better soon too. Thanks again Nat your a STAR! LOL
