HI Snowdog I owed money to Next and they just wrote loads of letters asking for payments once they knew my IVA had failed, never got any phone calls off them and I got one letter saying they were going to refer it to a collection agency if payment was not received in so many days (can't remember how many now!!). I don't think they'll accept the clothes back unless they are unworn and stil have labels on them. Hope that helps a bit, try not to worry, what will be will be.
I agree Nat it is done now but if it makes snowdog feel better and also feel that it would help her case she could indeed write to them and show willing.
I like you though think now they wont accept them as returns but anything is worth a try.
But what is done is done and there really is no good in worrying about it now.
