my iva failed as i could no longer afford the payments i have a full time job but overtime all stopped for at least 12 months i have very little money left only about 50 p0unds do i pay my creditors 50 pounds or go bankrupt my debts are about 16000 pounds am led to belive you need at least 100 pounds a month for a debt management plan any ideas

Hi Jim

I was just thinking that a chat with the helpline may be better for you and then you can discuss this matter directly and get personal advice for your current situation.

Its a free number and if they are not there to speakto straight away leave a message and someone will get back to you.

Other than that i cant really help you as im not up on the ins and outs of the legal side side of things, still learning. :-)
