if you look at my other post you will see i havent been in touch with anyone for a long time the equity in my house would have paid off most of my depts i havnt paid the mortgage for 12mnths + so i,m sure that has gone and havent paid any other bills either is it likely someone has already made me b/r and if so how do i find out and what are the consiquences of not being around ,,i really want to get this sorted i am on medication for depression which is giving me a bit of a lift to get on with it but am still really worried can someone give me some sound advice
If you go onto the Insolvency Service website you can search the register for your name. From this you will know which Official Receiver is dealing with your case if you have been made bankrupt.
