Hi, I am from INDIA & i need your help in solving my debt issue.
I have around 37500GBP / 3000000 INR.
My monthly income is 15000 INR.
I dont hav any kind of assets.

Hi Vasuki,

I dont think we can help you as we deal with people living in the U.K. Perhaps there is a site like this one in India with knowledge of India's legal systems etc.

Hi there


Just wondering have your debts been occrued or are they from the UK.

I can only advise on Bankruptcy in this country and not on bankruptcy issues and debts occrued from outside the UK.

If they are from this counrty then i may be able to offer a bit more advice. Please advise.

In that case then, you will need to speak to someone in India as this site is purely for British debts.

I would suggest you try searching on the internet for debt help in India.
