Im 120,000 pounds in debt i am self- employed i have no work at present and i cannot make minimum payments to my creditores. I have been into CAB and asked what do i do, they told me to write to all my creditors and tell them im in financial difficulty and cannot pay minimum payments they av suggested to me that the creditores would freeze the interest and i would just pay minimum payment but i cant even pay that. I have wrote to all creditors and they have replyed saying send a financial statement. Im very confussed n dont rely no wat to do. Wat is my next step??? or wat are the steps i dont no!!!

Hi Stephcxx and Welcome

I think a call to our office may be a better idea as self employment is a slightly bit more complicated when it come sto dealing with debts.
It may be better with a phone conversation and see what proper options are their for you.
Please call us on 0800 078 9367 and someone will be able to go through your options and see if there is anything else that can be done for you right now.
Best of luck

Take Care

Jo x
