the official allowed my hire purchase car in my br, but because of a clause in my hp contract due to my bankruptcy my vehicle will be reposessed by gmac, once they have removed the vehicle, will i still be liable under the agreement, to make payments, even though i am br

Hi Dogs3

No you should not be, if your still BR then inform your OR that the car is being repossesed and then you will have the car as unsecured in your BR so technically will be included like all your other unsecured debts.
They may ask to see a final bill from them after its been to auction but then it should be included and you wont be liable. I would however call your OR and explain what is going on to them:-)
