Hi all

Well i got my phone call with the ORs office at 11am tomorrow

Well im feeling soooo nervous and i really dont know what to expect. I have got as much info together as possible so cannot do anymore.

I feel like this has been the worst week of my life, and since going BR last monday i have had a horrible time and felt really down, so im hoping tomorrow will bring some closure to me feeling anxious.

I have had nothing through from the ORs office - so im presuming that will be dealt with after tomorrow.

xx

Evening Jenny

Just make sure that you have your SoA with you, a glass of water and sit somewhere quiet and so cant get disturbed.

The Examier is not going to put you on trial they are purely there to clarify what you have written and to make notes for the report they send to the creditors.

Just be honest and if you need to ask anything make sure you do.

It will all be ok, just chill tonight and it will all soon be over.

Best of luck

Take Care

Hi Jenny

Usually they can say straight away if they think you may get a BRU etc but may not be able to give a how long time. They may indicate that you may get one then you may find you dont.

So try not to worry :-)

Take Care

Afternoon

First of all this is my personal experience only, and im sure that it will not be the same for everyone.

I felt like a naughty child all through the interview, she was very strict and was not very friendly at all. I cried all the way through, which she didnt acknowledge (i know she isnt supposed to), i hated the whole hour and 15 mins of it. If i said i didnt know an answer, she kept pushing for any old answer out of me, which i think i did, just to give her an answer.

She has told me they want to get their own surveyors to value the property and i will hear in about 8 weeks (happy christmas, oh and by the way if you want to keep your house you have to pay ??). Is there any way i could get a valuaion done sooner, if not do their own surveyors value higher to get some money back for creditors? I did tell her that it was hubby who put deposit down and hubby who has always paid the mortgage but she didnt take that into account, and i really dont think she was that bothered - i can prove i have never paid towards it, but will just wait and see.

She didnt quiestion I & E at all, so im presuming thats ok, and i wont get an IPA because im not working (maybe thats why she mentioned a surveyor).

She also seemed to be querying hubbys car alot - again not sure why

Cant think of anything else at the mo - i have just about stopped crying (2 hours later)

Thanks all for your continued support, it means so much

xx
