Hi NR

I would strongly recommend that you speak to someone, why not give us a call on our helpline we can then advise you the best options available to you.

Whilst we can answer basic questions on here sometimes a telephone chat is needed and i think this is one of them, our number is 0800 078 9367.

Give us a call, leave a number and a name and we will get back to you.

Best of luck

Take Care

Hi n-r

there are 2 things here.

Firstly you need to review your position - I assume running a pub - and how Br wil affect this and the right strategy to take moving forward.

Secondly i would recommend that you look to sort out the procecution prior to Br so that you have a clean sheet.
