after reading several posts can someone tell me what happens when OR gives final expenditure - if OR disallows something what happens for example if they say your mobile is disallowed do they check whether you have still have one and do they take that money for a IPA

No i dont beleive they actually check it, they just tell you that it wont be allowed but if you do keep it then it comes out of your on disposable income and not classed as essential living expenses.

im still waiting to hear from OR but now splitting with OH he said he will pay tv/internet/phone for kids but not sure what OR will say

Hi

if OH hasn't gone br then he is perfectly entitled to pay for these for the benefir of the children.

Suggest you advise the OR that OH has left and then they can send out a new I&E form for you to fill in.

hi all
haven't been up to doing anything but trying to get there slowly!
thanks for the messages and i did write to OR informing him as of yet i haven't heard anything back yet

OH didnt go bankrupt just me so i am in process of sorting out Direct debits and getting organised, still getting phone calls from creditors one or two who were a bit bolshy but not letting them get to me.
