If i go Bankrupt does it include utility bills such as council tax, gas and electric?

Hi

These are classes as priority debts so you are allowed to exclude current bills provided there are no arrears. You also may find that the utility company gets grumpy if you write off a large previous bill - sometimes they insist on installing pay meters.

Council tax is usually included for either a previous tax year or a current property that you are vacating / handing back in bankruptcy.
