Well today I rang my local County Court and have made appointments for my husband and I to finally go bankrupt. We are going in on the 11th of November so not long to wait.
I am currently completing the SOA online for us both and will print these out to take in. I believe there is another form to fill in also...a petition to go bankrupt? Are these the only 2 forms I will need to take in? I also will have to take in proof of benefits so that we don't have to pay the full fees? I am slightly nervous now that I get it all filled in correctly and that I take everything in we need. Can anyone tell me if I have to take anything else in?
your appointment isn't for 11am is it??? (The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month). You'll now have another reason to remember Remembrance Day!!!
