Hi
The timing for going to court / when you get paid and money in account is an absolutely key part of choosing when to go BR.
Really recomend to everyone to set up a COOP cashminder account BEFORE you go to court ( unless you are in the Brighton OR area ).
Andrew I would suggest you call the OR tomorrow and ask them for help - The bank will release funds ONLY when the OR has confirmed they have no interest in the funds there.
So first thing give them a call. They usually are happy to fax a letter over to the bank - especially if you plead absolute poverty with no money for food / utility bills or rent.
Let us know how you get on.

Andrew
So Barclays are not a creditor. Have you applied to get the basic account with them and then ask them to TFR your money into their.
The OR can get hold of these and basically make them hand that over to you but these banks are willing to take and not so willing to give back.
Let us know how it all goes. You dont want to be without food money etc so make sure you try every avenue and make them give you your money back.
