Hi everyone,
was devastated today, a letter supposedly for my Pensions dept was addressed to my place of work with no names on, and a colleague has opened the letter which states i have gone BR from OR!!
Was sooo upset-this is total humilation-what reasons do they have to notify a normal work pension-there was no request for info in the letter?!! i really do not understand.
luckily i think i can trust the lady involved but who knows?!!
i haven''t even told my family or friends so hope u can see why i''m upset!
is this right? who else do they notify?

Hi Siobhan

They have a list of people they can and may inform but i would not worry about it. You have been so strong so far this is a minor set back and not worth the tears if you like to be shed over.

Here is a link for an idea on who and when they notify people, have a read through i did and its quite an eye opener ;-)
