Hi everyone!
have my or telephoen interview on tues 4th nov. as i currently work 7 days a week, i have negotiated with work to reduce my hours to normal full time hours, however this cannot be enforced until January. i plan to give salary details at present and expected salary details from jan. just thinking that as it's took 3 weeks just to get tel interview, do you think they'll just take january salary details for calculating disposable income as it's unrealistic working 7 days a week (although i have tried for a few months!!)
what do u think will happen?
thanks

Hi Siobhan,

I think I may have read that you're near me. Are you dealing with the Manchester OR's office?

Ooops, just read your other thread and seen you're dealing with Liverpool. Not sure why I thought it was Manchester-sorry! :-)

Hi Siobhan

Explain all of the changes at the time of interview, making sure that the OR/Examiner is aware that there will be a change in your working hours from then and they may even say that they will wait to calculate any IPA or they may say that once these changes actually do happen to inform them again so that they can make the changes to your IPA if you had one then.

LOL

Manchester office is defo really busy. We went BR beginning of Sept and just finished negotiating our IPA now. No idea when we'll start paying it. One point is to check carefully anything that comes through from your OR's office. We're finding sooooooo many mistakes are happening, probably not helped by how busy they are!

Hi C-thinks its the end of the month after IPA amount agreed?? so my friend told me!
it looks like it might take til Jan to sort mine out if went BR 14.10.08? just think that it'll be soo much easier to sort it out the once and then can mean that they'll be no changes for the rest of the time of the agreement.
thanks everyone, helpful as always!!
