CAN A TENANT BUY THE TITLE DEEDS FOR £1 FROM THE COURTS? AND IF SO WOULD THEY TAKE OVER THE MORTGAGE THAT WAS ALREADY HELD OR HAVE TO SEEK THEIR OWN? AT MARKET VALUE?
Hi yes they can but only if nominated to do so by the current owner and only then if the current owner is willing and able to continue paying the mortgage.
Can a tenant buy the title deeds?
