Hi everyone, another quick question-as we're moving to rented on Saturday, what happens to our house? and when do we give the keys to the OR? Can anyone describe the process please. thanks S x
as it is so close to the Br I would suggest you call the OR to confirm how they would like it done. Really as a matter of courtesy, but I suspect they will advise you to fill in the relevant forms for te mortgage company, send keys back and send the receipt to the OR .
The OR is keen to get the receipt so they know there is no liability if the building burnt down etc.
