We decided we do not want to stay in our house and were advised to miss 2 mortgage payments before going bankrupt. We miss the second payment on 11 Nov and move into rented accomodation on 15th and I go bankrupt on 1 Dec.
When we leave do I send the keys back to the mortgage company or wait for repossession?
Hi help007,when i gave back the keys i phoned northern rock who sent o form out you send it back with the date your leaving the proprty. When you leave LEAVE the keys in the property (once you have locked it)they chang the locks anyway hope this helps may be different with each mortgage company

My daughter went to the pictures and OH went to pick her up lets just say right time wrong carpark found her an hour later!!!!
